Doesn’t save time
Two orders in a row had issues. Had to wait 20 minutes after ordering 15 minutes before arriving. Then second order, I selected day of pick up and it ordered it for next day. Stood there waiting for food only to find out this. Got no breakfast that time. Couldn’t wait. Overall deleted app, will order in line if i choose to come back.

Great food, poorly designed app
I love Stans! They’re great! But what’s not great though is this app. Constantly glitching, inaccurate inventory, error messages that make mobile ordering extremely frustrating, location services are cronad at best. Not user friendly at all. The whole app needs an update and refresh.
Stop being underhanded
Idk why you guys removed the option to leave a message about the order in the app. I always wanna get an iced coffee but no way to say “less ice” on there anymore. And why do you sneakily add a tip? Next time i accidentally order without removing it since I’m picking the order up, I will cancel the order altogether.

Sneaks a tip in automatically
The app works fine but I find it extremely annoying that I have to remove the tip which it automatically adds. Tipping is just out of control and this app is a great example of this. They honestly think it’s OK to throw in a tip, on our behalf, for services we haven’t even received yet? WHY?
Server Error
My app was working just fine months ago. Now when I try to log in it tells me there’s a error returned from the server. No need for an update. Not sure what happened.

App does decent at what it’s for. Seems like each location struggles with how to utilize it to its fullest ability and some days the orders don’t go through at all in the store.
The services at each location are very questionable at best. Consistency is not key and makes for a hard understanding of what the product is truly supposed to taste like or look like.

doesnt work
the app straight up doesnt work. they emailed me for a birthday promotion so I tried to use it. the app gave me three errors before i could submit my order. then after it asked me to sign it after i already signed in. i wont give them my money. i wont be going back ❤️❤️
The worst app I have on my phone.
The Stan’s app is completely useless. Half the time it has a bug and won’t let me place an order for pickup or delivery. If I can get it to accept a pickup order it’s a coin flip as to whether or not what you order will be there when you go to pick up. If one type of donut is out of stock and you can’t substitute (like you need Glutenless for your child with Celiac) they’ll tell you they’re too busy to issue the refund on the spot but will keep the receipt to do it later. And never actually issue a refund. This has happened multiple times but when one kid needs glutenless there aren’t many other options. Avoid this app and avoid Stan’s in General unless you want your time and money wasted.

Love Stan’s, not the new app
I love Stan’s but not the new app. It randomly logs me out and then I cannot get back in due to server errors. The old app worked with no hiccups. Now I find myself skipping a Stan’s trip when the app is malfunctioning.
