Absolutely dire when it comes to Apple Watch.

Simple to install, well designed, excellent quality and packaging. Instructions easy to follow, I did email customer support and got an answer the next day with detailed information to my question.

Works really well. But what happened to the widget it’s gone
Great app GREAT customer service
Using the app to work with our ghost control gate arms/opener. Absolutely love this app! I have needed to reach out to customer service because of my lack of knowledge with the app and I get prompt, quick replies, very courteous and very knowledgable. Customer service qualities rarely seen these days. I would never switch over to the Ghost Controls app as this one just rocks!

Excellent product
So glad to cane across Remootio as my Electric gate which supposedly was smart turned out to be dumb, unless I paid extra. In looking for other solutions I was pleased to find a product that was reasonably priced and provided much more convenient and features than I’d hoped for. I can now operate my gate remotely and watch the gate visually to be certain it has closed and who might have entered. So pleased with this purchase I highly recommend it

I have used Remootio successfully and consistently for several years. Their products are reliable and their customer support is spot on and helpful. I highly recommend their products.
Started out great but then…
I have been using the product on my garage door for around a year and everything worked fine at the start. The only issue I had was that the auto open function worked so far away that the minimum distance would open my door driving past on a neighbouring street. Slowly the product has become nearly unusable I cannot use satellite or wifi to open my door anymore only Bluetooth works now. There is no support through to app to troubleshoot or fix the issues. DO NOT buy this product.
Also another issue is my wife has never been able to operate the product with her Apple Watch. Very poor quality product and do not recommend.

Great app
Love the Remootio 3 and app. Needs apple play integration! Being able to open ur gate from a street away in the car would be great.
CarPlay Issues
Great app but when phone connected to CarPlay the audio on CarPlay shuts off when app is engaged. Also, pls make a CarPlay app. It’s inconvenient to log in on the phone each time.
