Excellent production so far
Easy to install, outstanding packaging and instructions, and the app so far works perfectly. The Remote opening via internet is a little slow to be active, but within the margin of reason. I’ve been waiting for someone to invent this product and these guys did it, and it’s excellent.eyeclocker
Update issues
I have updated to the latest version but I am now having issues with my account. It no longer shows my two devices on the app, doesn’t work when I log in, and will not discover them. Every so often it will work as normal but this is rare making the product useless.C. Dez
Had potential but fell short
First off the instructions are not universal and are extremely difficult to follow. Once I had the device wired and powered I downloaded this app and couldn’t move past the setup. It found the device but couldn’t link it, I attempted to update the device but the app failed to complete the update. Maybe one day they’ll make this easier to set up like Ring.
