As others have said, can’t get a verification code to activate the app. Even with my Danish number.Madzng
Completely Unreliable
We had an important appointment before our flight. We reserved a large van 10 hours before our pickup time. At our pickup time we got a message that the driver was 30 minutes away. Absurd, they took the Liberty of canceling my taxi from my meeting to the airport which is a pretty presumptuous move. Avoid!Show lessNixonkitty

No feedback when app does not work
Trying to set up the app account, the UK country code is displayed but the app never sends a text message to set up account. Incredibly poor interface and app. Trying to replace Uber when the company left clearly is not easy.CarstenSo
Couldn’t get setup
Text message validation doesn’t come thru for foreign number, booking screen wasn’t in English so couldn’t understand, tried to call phone line and sat on hold for 15 mins before giving upChantel777
Can’t verify phone number
Verification text to international phone number doesn’t arrive, so I can’t use this app. I haven’t been thrilled with the 4x35 TAXA drivers but I can book them using their app, so my business will be elsewhere.Aes777
Cannot use with UK mobile
As others have said cannot register on this app with a UK mobile number as no activation text sent.
Also on the website defaults to +45 country code with option to change.
Not very friendly for tourists visiting wonderful Denmark.
