Crashes on every launch
It worked in the first few weeks, it stopped working recently and it's crashing every single time. I've tried connecting a few feet away as well as further away, to no avail. The device has lots of potential but the app lacks behind.
Stuck in “Update” mode.
2 months in and I can’t do anything. The app is frozen and the timer is useless.
No logging, event alerts, history, or push notifications
This product is a great device that is unfortunately let down by app functionality. The interface is great in terms of scheduling watering, very intuitive, I can even upload my own photos to tell what valve waters which plants, but there is no data to show if watering happened or didn’t happen. I’m actually having to put soil moisture sensors into the ground to tell if the watering happened or didn’t happen, which I need to do because on a couple of occasions watering just didn’t happen. Please add valve history and push notifications!

It works but restricts flow
This is my first week using this device. Fairly straight forward to setup and get working. It works well for drip irrrigation, but sprinklers don’t seem to like the flow restriction. They throw water only half as far than without this product inline. Bummer. But setting up a schedule to drip irrigate was super easy.

Inconsistent
So for about the first few days the app worked great. Then it just gave up all of a sudden. I can’t check to see if my grass is being watered and can’t remotely use the app bc it’s always loading. I have a feeling with my phone update the app simply won’t work so another app update would be nice to be compatible with the OS my phone is running. Also there seems to be no way to trouble any issues

Does not work with any consistency
Bluetooth connection is tentative outside of 15 feet.
I have 2 devices on the App- if one is “reconnecting “ (which’s always), the other remains inaccessible.

WiFi settings!
You can have only one phone or iPad connected to the WiFi with this app. My husband cannot program or run the manual setting...if I do not turn the WiFi off on my phone.
weird small bugs!!!
The app works faily well althought it has some annoying little bugs like the device clock is an hour out of sync with the actual time and the duration setting on the frequency mode does not correspond to the actual watering duration. Other than that the comm part over BT works fine overall does what it is supposed to do but you will have to work around the bugs!!!
