No way to secure the app by biometrics like other banks, yet they want this to replace the security token. Often the app also doesn’t work and won’t log you inMattttttttt_
Not fit for purpose
I don’t know what you are paying your app developers but it is way too much. IOS15 has been out for months not and you have yet to sort out the issues the app has. Perhaps you need to check out some of the banking apps of your competition for inspiration - it’s not like you could do any worse.hopeful 219714186
Was working but not now
I had this app since May 2021 was working perfectly fine until later in the year. I’ve seen others’ review now saying at similar time they weren’t able to log in. My issue is that once login, the page is blank and I cannot do anything. Bit frustrating used to work fine but not now. P.s my phone is updated to the recent iOS 15.1
