Yesim is, hands down, not only the best eSIM you can download, their customer service is genuinely unparalleled. I needed help in a pinch and they were right there for me to help me sort it out. Early days but very impressive so far

I chose this specifically for Turkey as apparently it will switch between all the major providers. So far it’s only been on Turk Tel but it’s had constant 4G so can’t complain! Set up was incredibly simple and really fast with Apple ESim, I just hit yes a few times and then switched on data roaming and it’s all done!

Very useful when traveling

I like the flexibility of worldwide plan when passing through multiple countries. Customer service is always fast and resolved my problems.

Convenient and Responsive

Visiting family in a different country and this app gives me an option to communicate while here. I made a mistake setting up my account and was able to have it fixed and reset up within an hour. Love the app!

Super helpful

I’ve never used an eSIM app before, and while I did find it a little confusing to set up initially their online video guides are really clear. Their help desk were also super helpful when I had a lot to remaining data and converted it back to coins I could use for another region, would definitely recommend

Best customer service EVER

I have never had such amazing customer service. Fast replies, consistent, empathetic, helpful. I received a refund INSTANTLY yes INSTANTLY it was deposited to my bank account. This company really cares about their customers which is so rare in todays world. I will never forget the amazing support I received from Yesim. Companies around the world need to take notes from them immediately!

Pay as you go credit, Amazing

I really appreciate the pay as you go credit because I usually don’t know how much data I’ll need. I believe Yesim is the only eSIM provider that offers this option. With Yesim I can load up the credit and use it whenever I need. If you found this review helpful, use: IQEW097 for the initial sign up, we’ll each get 5 EUR credit.

For example my connecting flight got cancelled in Miami for just one day, with other providers I would have had to buy an expensive 1 day plan, but with Yesim I was able to just use the credit I already had (it’s an international eSIM with a credit that doesn’t expire). I ended up needing about 100MB because I was on wifi most of the time. So that only cost me 35 cents of credit. I’ve been using Yesim for years now because of this great pay as you go plan. This way I pay for exactly the amount of data I actually need and I can save the rest for future travel.
