Wanted to like you
The first few orders I did were great but the last order has been a complete nightmare. Waited a whole month for my order. Has to email 6-7 times before they even got it shipped out. When I received my order the black soap is this tiny bar when in the previous orders it has been this big bar that last 2 months. This tiny bar might make it 3weeks maybe. I bought the stretch mark serum for my hips they say it’s roll on but it came in a spray bottle. I wanted to like this company I love supporting black businesses but this is an example of why it’s hard. The fact I had to email so many times with these empty apologies and it wait until I asked for my money back that they reached out to the warehouse and finally got it shipped out. I ordered from this company on January 18th and as I type this I still haven’t received my order. It was for a birthday present on the 28th of January. I had to spend more to get another present because this order still hasn’t arrived. I requested my money back however, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because a tracking number was provided. Not a good reason, knowing that the product has moved from the original location when I purchase. Do not order from this company. Poor customer service and operations. They constantly hide behind COVID-19 while other companies have mad adjustments. I will never order from them again nor recommend this company to anyone I know!!!!Varnon
