The restaurants are great, this app is not. I ordered food for pickup, but there was no way to track when my food was ready to be picked up, nor did the app acknowledge that I had placed an order under my order history.RedTreeFox

The app is fine, but the support is not. Ordered food almost 2 hours ago and it’s still not here. Tried calling their support and it went to voicemail. I can’t log back into their site to track their order, which is a major glitch in their system. Amazing concept, but the process and software need to be smoothed out.Show lessrtag0824
Meh
Very finicky for me! Half the time I give up and use Grubhub because it’s so buggy. The interface is awkward, and has a generally amateurish feel to it. It’s also not formatted correctly for my phone, which isn’t anywhere close to new either. I like the “local” feel that it has, although it’s arguably somewhat misleading, as it’s technically not locally owned.
They should seriously consider adding the ability to scan a credit card instead of punching the numbers in, or at least use number pad instead of keyboard. Adding Venmo PayPal and or cash app would be a smart move too.Show lessemteezzyyy

This is the worse company as I’ve tried to support local and given them eat more chances then I’d ever give another company. This is the 10th attempt after dealing with 90 minute wait times for door and starving children waiting for delivery, now I find out my order says delivered and it’s not even here, completely missing! Great option for delivery and service
We used the NOCO Nosh App for the first time tonight and it was great. The delivery was right on time and our order was what we anticipated. I would definitely use this again for ordering from restaurants in Boulder Colorado!Mtbike80304
Great app - supports local businesses!
Not sure why the negative reviews from some people on this app but we’ve never had an issue with it. Works great, updates you on the status of your delivery, and easy to use! Bonus, it supports local businesses much more so than the national food delivery services do.Starkadhr02
Horrible app
You cannot edit orders on the app. Once you add something to the cart it’s there to stay. I do not recommend this app.Waste__6
Ridiculous wait times and no ability to contact driver.
I really want to like this app because it’s locally based and better for businesses. That said, my wait time was about 2 hours and there’s absolutely no ability to contact your driver. The app’s layout is pretty confusing and out dated.dmastin
Not a good app! Don’t Download
This is not a good app at all. The restaurant was not informed of my order, even though I got an email confirmation. I was not informed of the progress on my order either. I had to inform the restaurant of what my order was when I went to pick it up so I could order there again. I wouldn’t recommend.Show lessjuicycoutureangel21

It’s a decent app and the people and businesses who use it love it but it could use a way to contact the site for orders gone wrong on the app instead of having to go online to find contact inforockmusiclove
