Incorrect Order
I’m not sure how to contact the restaurant we ordered from to express unhappiness with our order last night. The delivery was fine, the issue is with the restaurant.BWB47

Great and easy app - not sure what version the previous complaints are about, but they must have fixed everything because it was extremely easy! Lots of restaurant options that other delivery services don’t offer, and easy delivery!Lizzanator
RIDICULOUS!
My first time ordering through this app was very unpleasant. Not only did the wrong order show up but when I called the store, both of their phone numbers were out of service. On top of that, the app doesn’t allow you to make this complaint and there’s no way to contact the driver. Thankfully the owner contacted us back and was very helpful but I still don’t recommend this app for online ordering.Show lessa-friendly-helper
YIKES!
I’ve used the app 3 times. Customer service is pretty nice, and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Had an issue with my food once and there was no way to resolve it—no partial refunds, no coupons, nothing. The app is also pretty expensive—the last time I used it, I skipped the app and just went to the restaurant. Literally spent half the cost it would’ve been through the app.Show lessZhenda4President
Perhaps the least user friendly app
While the drivers of this service are fine the app itself is one of the worst apps I’ve used. Constantly it will log me out, not take the selections I ask for, make me consistently re-tap items to properly select them, and on numerous occasions has mis-entered my order. That’s nothing to say of giving no estimation on delivery times upon payment, or the fact that it will register a restaurant as closed if there aren’t drivers immediately available. This app works horribly and I would glad turn to any other delivery service until a major overhaul is done.Show lessRiver Kingsly
