  • Not So Blind Friendly

    I used to enjoy using this app, but now I don’t know. I am unable to log in. whereas, before I had no issues at all. Please, I am trying to understand what is going on with the app. I preferred it to the Telegram app because its not blind friendly. However, it is beginning to feel like your app isn’t blind friendly either. Please, fix the inability to log in register with phone. It won’t allow you pass that window. Plus, it keeps saying, “Error incorrect phone number”. No matter what I do. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. Please, do something.

  • this is a good app, but some issues exist

    this is a nice app for telegram, but you cannot get the in-app purchase for sending voice messages, Every time you try and buy it, The app crashes. Other than that, I would use it if the voice messages functionality actually worked. I do not mind paying 5 bucks to the dev if you could actually get it. I know some people don't want to pay for this functionality, but hey, A dev has to eat. Think about the time and efforts that have been put into the app to make an accessible telegram client and put your self in that position. For those who do not want to pay for this, Try making a telegram app your self on iOS and see how far you get.

  • this app is a money grabber for the blind comunity..

    This application does not have any of the newest features like the regular telegram client or even any of the other inaccessible clients have. As far as I can tell, the telegram API hasn’t even been updated to the newest ones. Also, seriously? Charging you for sending voice messages? Literally the most basic feature in every single messaging app? The only reason it was easy for them to add voiceover support it’s because The app already didn’t have that many features. Some developer responses say that they are working to make it better but I haven’t seen anything since then or even before then. This really just seems like a money grab.

  • I can’t get it to work

    I’m totally blind and am glad Bright Guide is the answer to making Telegram more accessible for people like me who use VoiceOver. But every time I enter the login code I get from Telegram, I immediately get an error message from Bright Guide saying “Incorrect password.“ And I even double check the code to make sure I entered it right, but no luck. From what I can see, there’s no field that asks you for a password. It just asks you to enter the verification code that was sent.
    I also noticed Bright Guide hasn’t been updated in three months, and I tried sending an email to the developers about this problem. But I haven’t heard back from them yet. If anyone else is experiencing the same problem as me, it’d be greatly appreciated for the developers of Bright Guide to get it fixed.

  • love this app however

    I love this app. however, I've noticed that when someone sends me a message with the regular telegram app it cuts off the end of the voice message. and also I can't play video messages as well. I also get photo messages and it would be great to be able to open them. but other than that and not being able to call I have enjoyed this app so far.

  • Absolutely accessible!

    I would like to say that this app is absolutely accessible! No doubt, this app is simple and easy to use with VoiceOver. Yes, you do need to pay for the voice message feature, but it’s well worth it.

  • MARC IN MONTREAL’S REVIEW OF THE BRIGHT GUIDES APP

    This could be the next Roger for those of you who remember how good that app was in its hayday! The voice quality of messages I’v recieved is of that calibre and there is a one time charge for us in Canada of $6.99 with a ten minute recording time limit. I would urge former roger users especially to try it out. Enhancements are being worked on so be patient! I highly recommend this app!
