Not a fan of the pricing options
Good app, I realized my previous review was not at the fault of the developer
It does need to refresh fairly often, but this is to be expected from any app that connects to a messaging inbox.

Hi Bakacoco, from my end, subscriptions are set, and then handled by Apple’s App Store, which includes renewal. I can assure you that there are only 2 possible subscription options that I’ve set, one for monthly renewals, another for yearly. Prices have been set at USD 1.99 for the monthly plan and USD 12.99 for the yearly plan, since the very beginning of the app. As the developer, I am unable to influence the renewal process, by design of the App Store, as that’s all automated and handled by the App Store, on behalf of me. Likewise, it should not be possible for the App Store to charge you that the yearly subscription price, on a monthly basis. I urge you to escalate this to App Store support, if this really is what you are facing. If necessary, you may also contact me via email (contact@vincentneo.com), should you require additional information. I can show you my App Store Connect setup too, if you don’t believe me.

I’ve been charged multiple times for the same “one year 12.99” subscription over the last month alone.
