Dear user, As of July of last year, the app has a new owner. It is important to save your keys in the event of such changes. Following an update, the app now requires signing in with a new provisioning profile, which may have led to the loss of keys. If you used the iCloud sync function or exported your keys while remembering your Masterkey, all your OTP will now be restored. We are actively working to fully grasp the situation and prevent any similar issues in the future. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that we are working on exciting new features that will be released next week. Lost 2fa keys
As with the previous review I lost all my 2fa keys when the app updated as did a client who I had recommended it to. Fortunately I had a back up of most of my keys but my client did not as they are not very tech savvy.
This is a terrible experience for people to trust this app to keep their keys safe only to find they are potentially locked out of their accounts. At best is it a long annoying process to gain access again, at worst accounts maybe lost.Show lessAlpinefolk

I was removing myself from the Google ecosystem and needed a new Authentication app
I searched the internet for a secure authentication app, that worked with my iOS devices and had back up options and tried a few different options out. This app is far superior to the other ones.ryl411
