    You have very good products, but you don’t have good service
    I ordered my shelfy more than year ago and just received it last week
    I consider this a very bad service

  • TERRIBLE

    So far JUNK. My fridge is always “Poor” and I just put it in my new empty SubZero…. POOR. I rarely leave 1 star reviews on anything, but I want my money back, this product is one of the worst things I’ve ever purchased. It doesn’t do anything but make noise, and telll me I’m Poor.

The app shows a red dot near the values that need improvement, so you always know what you can work on in order to restore a good quality.   • Shelfy

    I realllly need the app to give me a phone notification when it needs to be charged. Like, a badge notification. Please let me know if I'm missing something, but I only see notifications related to air quality, cleaning the fridge, and disconnected from network. It pops up that it has a low battery when I open the app, but I don't open the app daily or even weekly.

  • Won’t connect

    Unfortunately this app and Shelfy product is not ready for prime time. Once the shelfy is set up it disconnects from the hub and won’t connect again. I tried to reset the shelfy several times, but no luck, same results. For now, I’d recommend avoiding the product till they can fix the software. I’d be happy to revisit my review once this is fixed.

  • Useless app

    Cannot get it to connect on my Wi-Fi. Emailed Vitesy several times but they keep telling me to press the reset button, which I did 1000 times. I’ve just given up.

  • Disappointed!

    I was excited to finally get a Natede. The product is beautiful and the app and features look awesome and useful, but the app has been down for over a month and there is no sense of urgency or real concern from the team. I am lucky that the store I purchased it from is taking it back even though it’s been over 30 days.

  • Doesn't work

    Doesn't connect, did the trouble shooting and emailed them. Their response was basically they know it doesn't work. That was Aug 5, two weeks later still doesn't work, no update or change.

  • Why does it keep disconnecting?

    Ok got it to re-recognize my Natede, but keeps disconnecting or giving me Bluetooth error so I can't see the AQI status at all, or change the settings...

  • Software is iffy

    Update: It started working today. It looks like the problem was with their servers. Upped to 4 stars.

    The Vitesy has been working since I received it. As mentioned the sensors have reported drastic changes when none have occurred.
    With the latest software update it has stopped working at all.

    Good morning John! You're right! This Wednesday our service provider had a service outage and went down for some hours, but the day after our systems turned 100% on! Can you please provide (here or at support@vitesy.com) more information on the sensors? We released a firmware update (1.8.02) with some calibration fixes for our temperature sensor, if that was the problem.
