I have the natede and really want to see all the insights that the app is supposed to offer. I had previously downloaded the app and could not get it to connect to the unit via Bluetooth, so I deleted and waited for an update. It is MUCH WORSE. Can’t even log in - every time I try the app quits. So disappointed.Show lessgreekchick112

The app NEEDS to be worked on more, it’s unusable as is. Constant errors, lags, and connection problems even with perfect WiFi. Seeing as you need the app to actually use the planter’s other functions besides holding a plant it seems pretty crucial to have it be functional. The planter itself was obviously well researched and designed so having the app work would make it a great overall product.Show lessAzitaaaaaaaaaa
