  • Good looking product but...

    This is an interesting product. I had no trouble connecting but as others have mentioned, it’s hard to have confidence in the sensors. I’m going to keep tabs to see if it is reliable. Crossing my fingers that it does what is promised in terms of improving indoor air quality.

    Good Morning Sounderdenny! Thank for your feedback! Can you please tell us which sensors do you have trouble trusting? We had a problem with the temperature sensor, but we released a firmware update (1.8.02) a few weeks ago with a better calibration that solved the issue!
  • Follow up to first review

    I was able to contact tech support and get my Natede connected. One minor issue with the temperature not being calibrated but I am told that the app is being update to include this. Thank you guys for your help!

  • Terrible app, terrible company

    This may be the worst product I ever purchased. The connection to the device doesn’t work. Even after trying about 10 times and resetting the device... stay away

  • Absolutely the worst company ever

    Believe the other reviewer not to trust this company at all. Devise has never worked. App is the absolute worst as it has never worked. Always excuses with no progress or improvement. They are absolutely dreadful.

  • Excellent Product and App!

    Just installed my Natede in a few minutes, plus some extra cleaning for COVID-19 extra precautions. The APP works perfect!

    I had to install my new Natede onto my Wi-Fi network in the same room as my wireless router on the main floor, after a few failed attempts in the basement Home Theater. Now working perfectly back in the basement.

    Very cool hi-tech look with the very subtle white LED strobe effect that reminds me of “EVE” in Wall-E after finding a plant on the polluted Earth! Also, perfect integration with the APP. Nice job.

    After a few minutes I see on the APP that my VOC Level is at 2-3 and getting close to the unhealthy RED LEVEL at 3-4. This is what I was wondering about so I’m curious to see if the Natede will lower that to 1 or 0?

  • App doesn't work

    Like others, I tried a million times and the Natade won't connect to this app.

  • Don’t trust data and UE is so-so

    The app is decently friendly, easy enough to connect. But I don’t trust any of the data. The temperature constantly reads almost 5 F below other sensors in my house and the PM reading is off the charts (constantly reading over 100 ug/m3 which makes no sense) and it keeps asking me if someone is smoking or burning something.

    Hi, thank you so much for your feedback. We are currently calibrating the sensors and with the new app update, you will be able to change the notifications' frequency.
  • Can’t complete signup

    I go through all the signup forms, each is validated along the way, but when I submit I get a generic error saying “oops something went wrong”. It’s a dead end. Can’t sign up, can’t use the app.

    Tried all sugested fixes / waited too long for the unit and isn't working . Sent already the survey .....:/

  • Don’t trust the data

    I was able to connect my Natede device to my phone easily enough. But, the device always reads my home temperature at around 10.5 deg C. My house is not that cold. I keep it between 17-18 deg C. They are working to fix that and then it will be great. It’s a nice concept.
