Hi Crissa777, We apologize for the inconvenience you may experienced while using our App. Make sure that your GPS is on when your using the App. Please also make sure that you do not have a VPN switched on, on either the device you are using or the internet you are using as this will give a false location. If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of the location settings and also GPS settings and send it to us at service@mx.thelotter.com and care@thelotter.com.
