I’ve deleted the app to reinstall. I can “open” the app, but there is no “download” button to reinstall.frodgek
App not working.
I can not get this app to world. The black screen keeps coming up and it never goes backs to the video. The resolution is not wanting. Once that is fixed I can give it 5 stars.TNNSJ

Can’t log in
Keep getting error message -incorrect login username or password. Isn’t it the same as the other MK apps and InTouch? If not, then where is the button to re-set it?DLG_1267

Resolution to app not working
I had the same issue and i have the Iphone XR. To get app to work again please delete app then redownload it. Mine started working again afterwards. 💖MK Diva T
