    CloudTalk is simple, straightforward, and user-friendly to use. The pricing is good for our needs. If you need extra built in services, I would suggest looking into something else.
  • Straightforward and convenient service

    I use CloudTalk's VOIP service as our primary corporate phone. It works great for the small international startup with extensive travel habits. They made it easy to add a number almost in any country (subject to local regulation). Customer service is responsive and efficient.
  • Useless

    The phone doesn’t ring when called. Notifications for texts don’t work. Auto capitalization like every other text app non-existent. Save your money and go elsewhere.
  • Unable to receive calls

    The app loads okay in the phones. I’m able to make calls but it does not ring when there’s an upcoming call. You would think by now this would have been fixed but is still just an app that need improvement.
  • Always rings

    This is useful for the business I’m helping out but I’ve noticed that it will continually ring through to me phone even after I log out AND close the app. This would seem to be concerning simply from a security perspective but it’s also super annoying. Devs can you please clean up that part of the code? It should certainly go offline when signed out within the app!
