Wanted to love it - feel duped

Wanted to love this app but btwn the bait n switch to get money from ppl and while in the app everything is nickeled and dimed I had the app for less than a day. Then had to deal with getting my money back in which of course it can be taken in seconds but getting it back is a diff story. Customer service is fine. As you can see on other complaints they will comment things are “clearly stated” however upon talking to customer service on insta having them admit to the app switching the choice to the 50 dollar option bc it’s “preferred” is an issue … there should be no switching from the persons original choice of the free trial etc right before the person moves forward. This is a clear trick and needs to be fixed if this isn’t unintentional… however I can imagine getting close to 50 bucks from multiple users wouldn’t be turned down regardless. In the end if you have the money floating for this app I guess it could be fun, but in todays world clarity and ease is what makes a strong app long term. I’m glad other ppl are enjoying it though.

UPDATE: The response to this review is the perfect example of what is going on here, no accountability, no real solution. I have spoken to plenty of people from this company and they while nice are essentially not helping. Thankfully apple helped me in the end.

Love the app!

Advisors are super helpful and easy to reach. I do wish the cost of the chat could be a bit less but overall great platform!

Awful

This app is a scam, they offered me a free 3 day subscription and then charged me $86 for the year.

Free Trial Trick

Because this app scams people into thinking they are signing up for a free 3 day trial then charge you automatically for a year subscription. (Approx $70) Reached out to customer service just forwarded me a link to a FAQ sheet explaining how this happened (it’s obviously misleading because you have a pre made response for this complaint). I even see people commenting about this on your TikTok videos, so clearly this has been brought up.

Confusing instructions, no payment confirmation on additional purchases

I went to order a free reading on the app, which made me pay $1 at minimum for the subscription to be able to access the reading. I did this with my Apple wallet and confirmed the $1 USD transaction, then as I was trying to click through, and deselect the additional one time offers, my fingers accidentally double tapped and clicked continue. I was then charged for a one time Redding I did not one with no payment confirmation or way to undo the damage. Upon talking to their support I was only offered a half true and to have them not address the issue I raised with the click through and purchasing.

Keep trying to charge me for subscription

Don't like. The "free reading" you get from taking a quiz is just a broad file that doesn't even show your result. Then I'm constantly

Wow how I hate that this App is so dirty to people

I have a subscription until December 2 but they already took it from me because I canceled it ( when I did it said it wouldn’t interfere with my subscription until it expired ) but because 7.99 weekly isn’t cheap for something that is not worth it! I can’t afford it every week . I’ve paid so much money already to this app just be able to read a horoscope on the phone and when it comes to the other stuff on here like the people who do the readings that cost soooo much that I pay 7.99 a week then I can’t even get a free reading ?? I can’t afford to look at the questions they want me to call the people that predict the future and tell me that I would want to ask them . ???? This app could be great , but they are greedy and don’t have a problem with taking your money , and you get barely any more than you did before , and you still have to pay extra for stuff instead of paying for the whole thing so if I don’t have any more money to pay then they don’t even bother to leave it on the app for the remainder of my time left , instead they shut me down , and I know I have been a good dang customer and they don’t even care !!!! SCAM

like others have said as well, paid for a $1 reading through an ad on Pinterest. They charged me $50 after automatically without confirmation.
I have no idea how this app exists, someday there going to encounter the wrong person and get sued big time

Fraud at its best

Long story short, on the month of July, first of all I remember cancelling the subscription from their website , app and from everywhere I could have right after getting subscription. (I did not subscribe it on purpose anyways). They tricked me somehow. But it’s been deducting my money since then. If I see my subscription from my phone, it’s saying I don’t have any subscription from these frauds. All I want is my money back. Awful app ever made on the face of earth. Useless!! I want my hard earned money back !!!!!!!! Anyone seeing my comment do not ever subscribe to this app. Worst app ever made. Their only intention is to trick people and fraud money.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
ZERO RATINGS FOR THIS AWFUL APP!!
