  • Why is it getting so expensive ?

    The apps free features were so good and I used them daily, I read my horroscope daily and it was always spot on, I’m getting to a point tho where I no longer want to use it as even the explanation of my chart is now costing money ? The free guides also cost money ? And it’s all 10+ why not charge a couple of dollars at least because then I’d be tempted to buy but no way am I spending that much money on an app, I have a fitness app that’s costs me 2.59 and I pay that monthly and have done for 3 years, Nebula should take notes…

  • Scam Alert

    Don’t be fooled by nebula like my sister. This app is hypocritic and fraud. They just play with the mind of people and deduct money from other’s account unusually. They tell for small amounts of money but later they take off in huge amount without the knowing of card’s owner. So its a big fraud application I have ever seen and heard. This application withdrawn around $400 from my sister’s master card which is really a ridiculous activity and a cyber crime……They are doing bad and playing with people’s feelings in the name of astrology… So pathetic… Shame on owner of Nebula…😡😡😡
    At the end,, you’ll gonna get your karma back don’t worry….😒😡

  • SCAM

    They expect you to pay £8 per week and then add on so many extra things they even scammed me out of £24 on a spinning wheel prize machine that made it look like you win the money but really you are paying them for a credit’ which I can’t even find now and I don’t know where you even use this credit it’s just ridiculous! They have so many other things on there you can do but you have to pay a lot for everything on this app! The only thing that is included in the £8 per week is the horoscope and zodiac match rating which is totally unfair

  • Worthless, and it’s Such a Shame Really

    0 stars, if I could do negative starts I would. Just to start off, this is like 1 of 3 reviews I’ve ever made. This app has crumbled to pieces because they’ve been blinded by greed. I’ve used them for years for simple things like my birth chart and daily horoscope and the community but I knew this would happen when they started with the “ads to see match” and then took that away to begin charging for the “ideal partner” match compatibility feature. And slowly but surely everything started becoming unavailable unless subscribed. Now their charging to see a full birth chart. So they take our information put it in their database (to no doubt sell to other companies to scam or contact you without permission) and then make practically all areas in the app inaccessible unless you pay a ridiculous amount in subscriptions. Newsflash Nebula, you shot yourselves in the foot. And asking for more money (consistently) or saying you will “reduce the price” for a certain amount of time is just absurd and offensive. For what this app provides in “services” the cost is totally out of proportion and shows just how deluded pricing has gotten. This app is only interested in taking your money. And the “psychics” for the most part seem AI generated or illegible, but I don’t dabble in that enough to care. I’ll be uninstalling and will be actively telling people to avoid this app. It really is a shame, this app was such a great asset.

  • Be careful if trying to get the free trial

    Went on to take up the offer of a free trial subscription before I decided if it was worth the money. But they have the full yearly price as a default. Even tho it looks as tho the basic free trial one is selected. No other app I have used does this. Sneaky and misleading. When you request a refund that’s when they mention it’s the default option. Awaiting App Store to refund. Definitely do not want to use this app as if they’re sneaky with the subscription what else are they sneaky and misleading about?

  • Misleading ads and Inaccurate Information

    If you've downloaded this app after seeing Instagram ads promising personalised insights into archetypes, I feel for you. I did the same thing, paid money for it and received two PDFs: one not even remotely personalised, and one with pictures of my hand next to very generic information.
    You're not going to get what you've been promised.

    As for the information in the app, the astrological information it brought up for me is very inaccurate. The ascendant is one of the most important points in a birth chart, and the app is claiming that mine is Virgo when it is in fact Leo. These are vastly different signs, so there's clearly something wrong with the AI.

  • Dumb update

    New update has made changes and i cant look at my birth chart for free anymore, have to pay to have this app now. No use without payment. Deleting!

  • Wow!! Disgusting scam

    Do not even click on for a laugh… not worth even joking about. I would never pay for a so called psychic over the internet for starters, so i was offered free credits so i said yes to have a bit of a laugh see what they say, next day took money out of my account?? Never would i ever sgree to this if i knew.. they pretty much daylight robbery and its disgusting im trying to sort it now wont stop till nebula are no longer and have to pay everyone back!! Join the fight against scum!!

    Even though they say reach out dont be fooled.. i tried and went back and forwards with them waste of time.. READ THE FINE PRINT. These people are SCUM. would not rate one star,

  • Request for Refund of Accidental Premium Subscription Charge

I am writing to request a refund for an accidental purchase of a premium subscription to your app. As a student, I misinterpreted the payment terms and was surprised to see my account billed $90 today, which I understand is the annual subscription fee. I was under the impression that the billing would occur weekly at approximately $2 per week.

    This subscription was purchased just a few minutes ago, and I have not utilized any premium features since the charge. I would greatly appreciate if you could assist by cancelling my subscription and processing a full refund.
