I downloaded the app with the best intentions: loved the design and liked how it is organized but when I clicked play I cringed: the voice that guided meditations is really really uncomfortable to me. I deleted the app immediately. Sorry.

I use this app EVERY night, and since I started, I have slept better than ever! It relieves a lot of stress, and I would recommend it if you are struggling with anxiety or depression!

i love this app, and the meditation is amazing! by having the ability to add background sounds to the guided meditations (eg rain and fire) makes the whole experience more relaxing. the reason why i hadn’t given the rating 5 stars is because everything costs money to unlock and can become quite frustrating at times.

Literally just an app to farm ads and use time. Waste of space.
Someone told me to download it just for the sake of downloading it.
I’ve been listening this app for about twenty minutes now, and it’s beautiful, it has someone with a calm soothing voice, I’m listening to a lesson while writing this, I just discovered that you can add other noises like birds and rain. It relieves so much pressure off of me, this app is a worthwhile trip.
