You can get the premium plans and workouts developed by experts in the app with a subscription. Fitio - Weight Loss in 30 days users can choose the subscription plan by month or year that suits their needs best.

We Offer In-App Purchases within the selection of Annual Subscription (Get Your Personal Coach), Weekly Subscription (Dynamic Workout) or if you want to try before you can choose Free Trial (Fitio - Workout & Fitness). If you choose Free Trial (Fitio - Workout & Fitness), after the 7 days free trial the subscription automatically renews weekly.
2. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
3. The subscriptions are automatically renewed unless turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
4. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

I have been using Fitio for a few weeks now. It's great. Really easy to use and it offers a huge range of exercises for all levels. You first create a profile based on gender, age and current level of fitness. The app then selects the appropriate level of workout for you. All the exercises are bodyweight exercises and no special equipment is needed. Once the app has found your starting level you can then decide how long you wish to train for each week; the app automatically tailors your workout to the time you have a available and lists the workouts for toning, shaping and slimming. It's easy to make workouts longer or shorter depending on time available. Once you click start each exercise is illustrated with a video which runs in real time with you. It's really like having the personal trainer doing the exercise with you. Recovery times are counted out too. At the end of each workout you're asked about how difficult it was and given information about the time taken and calories burnt. And how much time it will take to move on to the next level. It's visually attractive, easy to use, offers a huge range of exercises for all levels of fitness from absolute beginner to advanced. Highly recommended.
