It really works

This is such a good way to begin and sustain a workout schedule. The exercises progressively and slowly increase in intensity so that it shepherds beginners through the journey to becoming fit. After each day, you rate how hard it was, and this is used as feedback for future sessions. I love this app!

The best exercise app

I don’t enjoy exercising but I have to in order to maintain a healthy body weight. This app is perfect... the workouts are intense, but quick. My body is burning when I’m done. 15 minutes tops, but I feel like I have been to the gym for an hour.

So far so good loving the 3D affect and voice command as well I used to this app to help me stay fit during my off season soccer seasons

Superb app

This is a cracking app. I jog for 10 mins then do the exercises. They last about 10 mins so i get a decent workout at the right level for me. I even look forward to next routine. Best app ive used so far by miles.

I love this app!!!! It helped me a lot I am 12 and I am seeing improvement.I do need to work and eating healthier but I lost 5 pounds so far

App is amazing after almost a week you feel slimmer I haven’t finished workout yet but I believe that if I keep on working out I will lose weigh skipping a workout is not good even if you’re tired.
