  • Not trustworthy

    Awful product and awful app. Logged in to one of my cameras today and found someone else’s camera, in China, filming a private bathroom. Nothing to do with me at all. I can no longer trust this product and the app - I will be reporting this matter to the authorities and Apple - disgusting behaviour

  • It was fine for a week

    I’m currently out of town so I cannot physically troubleshoot this issue. There was an outage in my neighborhood which caused the device to go offline. Now the internet is back up and running and the device still reads “offline”. This has been so inconveniencing because this device is now useless until I get back home. The audio issues are less than decent. I wish the audio was better, however, you can make out audio 75% of the time. Please add Bluetooth capability for audio listening and improve the audio. I would not purchase this device again.

    Since the last app update my camera no longer works, could you take the latest update down and put the old one back please.

    PLEASE CAN U ADD THE APP ON APPLE 4k tv box that would be good I get good pic EVEN THREW GLASS. . One thing Also when u change any setting. Say for EXAMPLE from far to close etc . Always go reboot for it to 100% active. YH IAM HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. Looking forward to the new ones coming. Keep it up

  • Good and bad

    When the app works like it should, it’s fine.

    But that’s when it actually is. I’ve done just about every single “fix” to make it work again only to be faced with the same issues. The most common issue is the camera appearing offline, but my xfinity app says it’s connected. This issue sorts itself out but it’s a guessing game of when.

    The next issue is audio. There’s no Bluetooth headphone support for the app which is odd considering it’s 2023. Another “audio” issue is the audio coming from the live video feed. 90% of the time it’s very hard to hear noises or even people talking (yes, even when they’re right by the camera) it tends to make people and noises seem very far away from the camera and randomnly it’ll get super loud only to go right back to being very quiet and muffled to the point it sounds like your camera is in your fish tank on the other side of the house but don’t worry It gets worse. There’s always a constant “feedback” noise that 50% of the time gets louder than the actual noise in your home making it impossible to understand a conversation or actually hear noises inside your home. I’ve experimented with this specific issue and from what I’ve concluded to, each outlet in your home makes it better or worse. The strangest part is, the closer I placed my camera to the router, the worse the feedback and audio got

  • Not bad.. but with some issues

    The application is not bad but it has some issues. At first I was able to set the various options for motion detection, SD recording length, etc but after a few days any changes made to these options do not save anymore. It says it saved the changes but reverts back to the default options if you exit and re-enter the options page.

    Also my camera is supposedly 720p / 1080p but on the record screen it shows 1080p / 2k / 4K which is odd. There is a small difference switching between these options. Recording videos to the cameras SD card or via the app into the phone results in a low bittate 720p 15 fps video which is disappointing. Not sure if this is due to the app or the camera though.

    It hasn’t crashed on me yet and seems pretty stable. I found it easy to navigate and if it wasn’t for the above issues I would give it a 5 star rating.

  • Terrible app and audio

    The audio of the device is not quality. It’s very hard to understand what’s being said. The app is very basic. You can not fast forward clips in the app. The app does not work with Bluetooth. You can’t download multiple clips at once. Hopefully someday the will update it. It’s unlikely I will buy this product again, unless they make changes to the app.

  • Horrific. Just horrific.

    By far the worst app that has ever been created. Actually, it may be the best ever created if the goal was really to do everything possible to destroy one’s sanity. I need not go into detail, as other reviews are spot on, but it is just incredible how every feature seems to have been designed with the express purpose of frustrating the user, with little recourse for the users themselves, as the app developers seem to have other priorities given their refusal to address these simple issues. Few things have made me scream into a pillow as much as this app. What a disgrace!

  • Good when it works

    - Saved files never load
    - Needs a multiple delete function that works.
    - Preview function in video screen is needed

    When the app does work, the quality is quite good!
