Great Video!!
I absolutely love this camera and system. The only complaint I have is that sometimes my motion detection doesn’t work and or the video doesn’t record. I have to manually fix this in the camera. I have had it for almost 4 years and it still works but every once in a while I have to fix the video so it will start recording again. It goes out without warning….. Other than that sound and video are fantastic quality!!Show lessMandy HD

Last FE upgrade took-away very important feature
Really disappointed to see they took-away one of the most important feature in the latest FW upgrade - an ability to see all your camera’s live feed with a single click! There used to be a dome like icon on top right corner on main home screen and allowed the user to look at live feed of all cameras on a single screen, just like how you see in a surveillance system. #shameShow lessPOPATCP

System wont connect,keeps saying “poor network” even though the wifi network is running fine and tests out on everything else. always a glitch of some sort,dont waste your money on this go get a quality camera.999 parking fine

Excellent camera for the price
I just got two installed. Great quality pictures & video! Maybe a 2 second delay before notification but I know others with much more expensive cameras that have a much longer delay! Also, I didn’t realize when I purchased that I can screen shot and record from my phone as well! What a great idea!BenjaminDavis01
Greatly improved
I purchased this HeimLife doorbell just over a year ago. When I first got it for several months it was really awful. It would alert over and over for absolutely no reason. I reset it many times and made every attempt to follow the “troubleshooting” instructions. It had terrible battery life and the feedback I got from the company was completely worthless.
Suddenly one day after about 6 months of ownership and putting up with endless issues it changed for the better in ways that made its use almost like I had purchased a different bell all together. This HeimLife doorbell I have used since then which is the same exact device I bought the first time is perfect. It was almost the company redesigned it without ever physically touching the unit.
Unbelievably impressive! I’ve been not only satisfied with its performance but I am impressed and sometimes curious about the back story.Show lessOakula
