Just installed our door bell. One criticism. Nowhere on the app or in the manual does it tell you where the reset hole is because it is hidden underneath the charger cover. It does need to be made clearer then it would have saved me a lot of time.
Otherwise I’m very happy with it so far.

Great little camera
I love this camera. I have it in a window pointing towards the street where I can see what’s going on in front of my house when I’m not there. I can change the position easily, and the battery lasts a long time and is easily recharged via USB cord. It has audio if I need it and I can take a screenshot if I need to. Great durable quality device :)
I purchased the HeimLife security camera over a year ago. It’s a resilient little device, being constantly outside enduring some extreme natural elements.
Recently I moved, leaving my camera packed for months. Dreading getting it up and going, I became aggravated thinking about how difficulty and time consuming the process was going to be? By following simple and easy to follow prompts this resilient cute little camera was functioning and ready to use.
Technology..... It's a choire performing timely setups. It stress me out!!

App needs an update.
At first I thought it was my camera but then realized it’s actually the app. It keeps telling me “Poor network, please check the network” and there’s nothing wrong with my internet. It’s a really good app, just needs some minor fixes.iAnthonyy
Decent app, with a few notable issues
I love the wireless camera, but the app’s ability to clear notifications is spotty. Sometimes it clears them as sook as you look at the history, sometimes you have to play whack-mole and figure out the path the developers expect you to take to the same screen.
It would also be amazing to see them take advantage of the newer open source protocol and add home kit compatibility for this camera, but that’s more a wish list item than a real problem.Show lessSpinnaker73
Awesome outdoor game cam!
I use this cam on my property and it is connectable all most 60 yards outside my home and access point. Clear video when on HD and fantastic night vision. The only improvement I would like to see is the addition of “low glow” or “no glow” IR for the night vision. The older deer can pick out the 3 red IR sensors and they walk off. I was hesitant at first to use the camera like I do, as a game cam, but it works fantastic. Oh, one more thing. The magnet mount is great, but, the bigger grey squirrels like knocking it off while they’re scurrying around the tree.Show lessnuuklhed
True Love!
My husband and I had been in the market for security cameras due to minor consistent car break-ins throughout our subdivision. We searched with our security provider, but they were too expensive for what we needed. So we searched online and low-and-behold, what we needed, existed! And, it was affordable! They arrived likity-split, and were easy-peasy to hookup and link to our phones. Later we purchased the solar panels to go with them, now we never have to take them down to recharge...Great! The magnetic grip on them is super strong, they have withstood very high winds! They are also very sensitive and can pick-up a spider webbing it’s web in front of it. I love that you can speak and hear through them! They are so great, we are telling our family about them and they are beginning to purchase them also. Best security camera ever!Show lessGRWheaties

Can’t set up alerts for a night time
Overall I’m happy with the cameras. I’m a building manager and installed 6 cameras in my building.
So far they saved me already at least a thousand $. People have been abusing trash room, not cleaning after their dogs, etc.
I wanted to set up night notifications only from 10pm to 7 am. But I always get an error message “the end time cannot be earlier than the start time”.Show lessKedrun
Finding them useful
Using them in voids to track rodents. Reliable, very easy to set up and use. Only drawback is the time it takes to start recording - would be good if they started a little quicker.Bob O"Sears
