New prompts added (incl. 100 yard / splits). Manage the prompts in the phone app. New Start and Pause feature - by shaking your head or double tapping the watch. Start the workout, put your goggles on and when you are ready to start swimming - shake your head. If you want to pause the swim - shake your head again - and the workout will be paused. This is an optional feature in the watch app under Settings. Fixed the user avatar bug - you can now add your image to the account. Keep swimming : )
