Untimely cancellation of the trial period may be one of the reasons of money withdrawal, but there are some more reasons , such as purchasing a subscription without free trial, as not all the subscription plans have free trial included; previously installing the application under the same Apple ID. I downloaded and took the 3 day trial and even on my Apple account it said my 3 day trial had expired and I was still charged for one money US dollars converted to AUD dollar which now has left me out of pocket!! No happy and if not resolved I will be taking further action. Be aware!!Developer Response

We understand that you are concerned about being charged after the three-day trial period expired and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We would like to clarify the situation for you. As stated on the onboarding page, the application requires a subscription fee of $1 for using the free trial period. This information is also clearly displayed on your credit card statement. By enabling the trial , you gave your permission to be charged the subscription fee in the amount of 1 $. I Love the ap itself but I need to speak with some and cannot ever get anyone to contact me. I am trying to find out how to cancel the ap and can’t get any help doing that either, for this reason, I don’t want it anymore.Developer Response

Our support team is readily available to assist you, providing all the necessary guidance. Sometimes, we face challenges with users' email addresses being accessible. Could you please verify that your email address is correct and operational and check your e-mail spam folder; our e-mails could have occasionally got there. In the meantime, you can cancel your subscription directly within the app by going to Settings ➡️ Subscription Management ➡️ Manage Subscription.
