However, a month later money had still been taken from my debit card! I have emailed the company asking for a refund and to make sure my subscription had been cancelled, only to be ignored! I am not impressed.

They’ve charged me 3 times since at $50 aus a month and no support answers emails, there’s no way to unsubscribe from the app or login online!! Cannot get hold of them and get no reply!!

The contact us function in their app does NOT work.
It’s a process to get in contact with them after going through emails and clicking a couple of links which aren’t that easy to locate.
But hey this might get their attention and make them stop charging me.
