  • RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!

    IT’S A SCAM!! DON’T DOWNLOAD. APP AUTOMATICALLY SETS UP FUTURE BANK DEDUCTIONS EVEN AFTER YOU UNSUBSCRIBE!! I AM CONTACTING MY BANK TODAY TO REVERSE ALL PAYMENTS NOT AUTHORISED AND TAKEN FROM MY BANK.

Untimely cancellation of the trial period may be one of the reasons of money withdrawal, but there are some more reasons , such as purchasing a subscription without free trial, as not all the subscription plans have free trial included; previously installing the application under the same Apple ID.   • Don’t download!!!

    I downloaded and took the 3 day trial and even on my Apple account it said my 3 day trial had expired and I was still charged for one money US dollars converted to AUD dollar which now has left me out of pocket!! No happy and if not resolved I will be taking further action. Be aware!!

We would like to clarify the situation for you. As stated on the onboarding page, the application requires a subscription fee of $1 for using the free trial period. This information is also clearly displayed on your credit card statement. By enabling the trial , you gave your permission to be charged the subscription fee in the amount of 1 $.   • No customer service

    I Love the ap itself but I need to speak with some and cannot ever get anyone to contact me. I am trying to find out how to cancel the ap and can’t get any help doing that either, for this reason, I don’t want it anymore.

  • Still taking my money!

    I signed up to this app and then cancelled the subscription straight away. However, a month later money had still been taken from my debit card! I have emailed the company asking for a refund and to make sure my subscription had been cancelled, only to be ignored! I am not impressed.

    I am still awaiting a response to my first email, only to be told in response to my review to please email!

  • Don’t do it!!

    I downloaded the free trial and also unsubscribed before trial ended. They’ve charged me 3 times since at $50 aus a month and no support answers emails, there’s no way to unsubscribe from the app or login online!! Cannot get hold of them and get no reply!!

  • So inaccurate!

    I’m an unmarried, childless female in the 50-60 age range. According to the palm reading this app provided I’ll have one child, a daughter, and will get married in my 30s. So pleased I’m only doing the trial and have not wasted my money subscribing.

    even if I unsubscribed it even if I don’t fins any option in my phone where it is saying I need to unsubscribe it and I have sent an email to them still it is asking for subscription fee. don’t know what's happening here.

  • Extremely difficult to unsubscribe

    Don’t do it!!!!! They offer a 3 day trial and you can hit unsubscribe in your purchases but they will still hit you up for future payments. The contact us function in their app does NOT work.
    It’s a process to get in contact with them after going through emails and clicking a couple of links which aren’t that easy to locate.
    But hey this might get their attention and make them stop charging me.

  • This app just for money robbery

    Paid for the trail to use application but later find out they charged for the subscription even though had not subscribe juts paid for trail and there no option to cancel the subscription back after once they charged you .it feel like stuck in loop as there no option to cancel subscription so they going to charge as soon as the renewal date will be there
