Best classes for the body and mind
You can’t be wrong doing the Class , you I’ll feel so much better after. The workouts but also the energy and the emotion of these amazing girls (Raj / Sophie / Laura / Jaycee and the others ) will transcend you and believe me you need it , in particular under the actual circumstances.LndSo
Poor streaming quality
There are numerous live options per day however, I have experienced poor streaming quality each time and lots of buffering which kills the momentum of the class. Please can you make your live classes available offline after they stream, especially for your international clients?4&teenlyfe
Best class ever
My daughter has been raving about The Class for 2 years. Because of health issues was never able to go. She told me to join trial. Best classes and teachers I’ve ever had. I’m a very active fit woman of 70. Exercise and physical activity most important to me. Have tried everything over the years. Have always had personal trainers. These streamed classes are the very best I’ve ever had. Best instructors. The way the class is streamed is unique. The hour is a real challenge but FUN. I was grateful when The Class started offering digital classes earlier this year. I love the physical and spiritual components. The teachers are amazing. Strong + Centered
I live in Dallas, Texas and while I plan to take The Class in person when visiting NYC, it’s such a gift that technology allows me to be apart of this way of movement and centering. The Class helps me wash off my day and get centered so that the rest of my evening isn’t spent stuck in my head rerunning everything that happened at work earlier in the day. I’m also a cancer survivor so learning to regain trust and confidence in my body has been a challenge since I completed treatment. Life saving
At a time in my life when I’m refining myself after having three children I came across The Class. I have never found exactly the right fit for me to be able to reach the deep parts that get stuck, with or without my awareness. The Class immediately moved all the stuck energy and emotion and I authentically feel myself coming back. This movement and intention and sound are the most incredibly freeing experience. With so few class in CA (for now 🤞🏻), this app is an absolute game changer for anyone who wants to embark on the emotional and physical journey of The Class. The schedule is perfect for the PST time zone if you love getting in a workout before work! The quality is top notch, the instructors brilliant in their ability to bring you into the room, and the experience nothing short of being there in person. I highly recommend for anyone looking to change their life through cathartic movement and emotional cleansing. I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without access to The Class vía this platform. Beyond Excited About This App
I live in Boston and have only been able to take the class when I am visiting New York or in California, which was not enough for me because I love the class so much. I am so happy and grateful that it is now available to stream with 2 classes every day. I am currently doing the free trial, but I am absolutely signing up for the full year. I love the teachers and the way I feel every time I complete a class. Even though its streaming I still feel like I am apart of what is going on in the room.
