  • Changing my life one breath at a time

    I started The Class on recommendation from my 75 year old friend (a best friend of my mom). I am 41 and love to exercise but have never found a combination of yoga, HIIT and spirituality that I achieve through these sessions. My mindset, particularly during this quarantine, has changed for the positive. I am beginning to assess my greater goals and how to respond with love when I feel angry and fearful, particularly right now sheltering in place. I find that while live streams are wonderful, I still get the same experience from classes already taped. The workout changes even with a formerly viewed session because I have changed - I am stronger than I was and it’s very cool to be able to quantify that growth.
    I’m grateful for The Class - for space the instructors create for all of us - they reach us virtually and let us know we are not alone. I’m grateful for the love that I feel for my body after working it, and for the power I am unearthing within myself. Things are difficult. “And then it’s over.” One breath at a time.

  • Best workout ever!!

    This isolation period has been challenging both physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a family we’ve done our best to stick to routines, regular walks, runs, online yoga classes etc.. but when I found The Class...wow...what release. Didn’t realise I had so much primal energy to expend, and the heart releasing exercise at the end it my absolute favourite. Xoxo

  • I really have no words..

    The class is everything I’ve ever wanted in a workout. It’s fun, challenging, and unlike anything I’ve done before. You will dance, you will cry, you will laugh, you will scream... but most importantly you will move with intention and presence. I’ve tried so many times to write something about the class but the truth is - words don’t do it justice. Try it for yourself and you’ll never look back to your old ways of movement!!!

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    These amazing women saved my life during quarantine. They have given me strength, gotten me to loosen up and out of my head, and remember to SMILE and have FUN with myself regardless of the circumstances... Or scream it out if that’s what I want to do! Oh, and the workout is a KILLER. I’m sweating every day and it is always a challenge. My boyfriend even has started doing it with me—he loves it too! The instructors are thoughtful, inspiring, challenging, motivating—and they pick amazing music to keep us moving!
    Thank you Taryn and the other class instructors (special shout out to Natalie, Mallory, Jaycee, Sophie)—you guys have no idea what you have done for me. I’m so grateful for the strength and joy The Class has brought into my life.

  • The best workout to exist: embodies movement, HIIT, dance, healing all in one

    The Class has truly changed my life. Teaching me to move through discomfort and from that place - the threshold of complacency —> movement & catching the negative thought patterns - lies the greatest expansion & healing & heart centered living. These are also the most heart centered instructors that make me feel seen, celebrated and cheered on. I feel like I know each of them personally, as they are always gifting vulnerability & pockets of deep intuition & wisdom. I would not be who I am today without The Class. It has become essential in my everyday life.

  • My body & mind get in shape!

    Captures illuminating exercise for the mind and the body. The Class operates at the nexus of how emotion (often old emotion and unmet needs) is stored in the body and how repetitive exercise pushing ourselves to where our body is burning, can bring up thought patterns that hold us back. The Class teachers will guide and support you to observe your mind, acknowledge, let go, accept, feel greater confidence in your body and compassion for your self. And I get an awesome, full body workout every time!

    I also love how many classes and teachers there are to choose from at all hours of the day. It’s so convenient to find a class that fits into my schedule and find several teachers that particularly resonate with me.

  • The Class is in a class of its own!

    I was skeptical about The Class in the beginning. I’ve never had an affinity for yoga. However, I was drawn to the HIIT and meditation components so gave it a try a couple months ago. Fast forward to now, I have been practicing The Class almost everyday! The Class not only helps me move (which I really need since I’m working from home during this pandemic and can easily sit in front of my laptop the whole day), but is great for my body physically and mentally. The Class has helped me during stressful days. This is so important because I’m a breast cancer survivor. I believe there is a relationship with stress and cancer. The Class is one of my stress fighting tools now. I’m so glad to have found The Class. Thank you, Taryn Toomey!!!!

    Omg this discipline has totally changed my body.
    Also making time for me
    I just wish there were more on demand classes as am back at work I struggle doing the classes live as am in the uk
  • fun at home workout for all levels of fitness

    I tested this practice using the 2 weeks free offer. After my first class I was hooked. I love that I get to sweat and growl while also connecting to my feelings and heart. Some days I need it for the burn of the workout. Other days I need it like therapy, diving inward. And there’s also days when I tune in to sweat and end up with tears streaming down my face as a teacher has unearthed a feeling I didn’t know I’d been harboring for so long. The Class itself, the teachers, the music, the community; I’m in love and hope they continue this killer livestream game!!! Big shout out to Sam, Natalie and Taryn — y’all are my fav!!
