  • No new puzzles

    We did all the puzzles and I have not gotten any new puzzles even though the app shows a lock being unlocked over and over indicating we have unlocked new puzzles but that’s not true. We’ve had the same puzzles since the free trial. I have emailed, called, live chatted, but nothing has changed. Customer service is not good because I believe I’m talking to a computer and not a live person. It’s very frustrating because my kids love doing them.
  • Is it worth the money

    I’ve become rather disappointed. I’ve enjoyed this game since I downloaded it. The app says the more you play the more levels you receive. Apparently this isn’t true because I’ve played all the ones it will give me without any new ones except for the daily puzzle. I will see if maybe I will get more with another “paid” month, if not I will be canceling ☹️
  • Help!

    Can anyone tell me where to find the download button on the puzzles so I can let my son play on an airplane? All I see on each puzzle is a lightbulb that shows the answers to the puzzle and a home button that quits the page.
  • Fun but timed

    Very enjoyable but not relaxing if we have to be timed no matter what. Provide an option to turn off the timer!
    The ability to use the hint bulb without penalty is a huge bonus for this app. It’s really good and has tons of puzzles. Definitely recommend! Just 1 thing to fix to be 5 stars-but it’s a huge one...
  • I have received no new puzzles in over a year

    I purchased a subscription for the grandkids and it was a great purchase for about a year. Now it’s been over a year and I’ve continued to pay in hopes a glitch would get fixed and restore all the purchases I’ve made. Yes, I have clicked the “restore” button. I don’t want to delete the app and re-install because it would erase the 100s of puzzles the kids have completed. I also don’t want to delete my subscription because I would be out all the money I’ve paid and getting nothing for it. I cannot get a hold of any support or customer service to address my issue so I had to include it in a review. If there’s any way Highlights could restore my purchases and guarantee I would receive new puzzles OR support to contact if I don’t then I would continue my monthly subscription.

    Hi, thank you for reaching out and we're here to help! If you've paid for a subscription, you are able to uninstall the app from your device and redownload without losing progress.   • Subscription issues

    I have been paying for a subscription to this app for a few years now but lately the app has not been recognizing my subscription. I am frustrated and ready to cancel my subscription because I am paying for a subscription that I can not use. I tried to use the restore purchase option but nothing works. I have sent emails to the developer but I got no response. Then I read that if I want to get a response from the developer than write a review so that’s what I am doing now.
  • Log in with my Apple ID??

    Bought a year subscription and created an account using my email and a password I created. So why isn’t that enough to gain full access to this game I already paid for. Instead they additionally ask for your Apple ID when using different device than which I made payment with . Like my daughter has an iPad I paid on my iPhone, two diff Apple accounts. Why when I log in on her tablet I need to also give you MY Apple ID?? The email and password should be enough for you people 😡
  • Nostalgia!!

    This is a long one so bare with me, I RARELY leave reviews, but I feel like its necessary for this game. I’m an 18 year old college student and I ADORE THIS GAME!!! Growing up all throughout elementary i would always rush to finish my assignment so that my teacher could give me a highlights magazine. I used to steal them and take them home because i was so obsessed with them. I was so excited to see that this was still a thing, and in application form. Everything is just as fun as I remember, and they’re still challenging which I love. I’m a huge fan of ‘I-Spy’ type games so I consider myself to be pretty good, so I was worried this would be too easy. Not at all! Amazing game. Thank you so much!

  • Buttons are too sensitive

    Poor design. If you enlarge the screen, you can accidentally touch /find a hidden object which disappoints the child. A double click should find the object, not a single touch. Also it doesn’t allow you to change that year of birth for other kids in the house hold. I will not be purchasing after my 14-day free trial. The books are better

  • It stops working

    I love playing with this app, but for the second time it has quit working. When I try to open it the icon starts to open but the disappears. I reinstalled it the first time but lost all the new puzzles I had unlocked. Frustrating. Now it has stopped for the third time. It usually happens after an IOS update. It didn’t work for a couple of months then magically came back to life. It was a whole new version, but with the same puzzles. Then after an update it is back to disappearing after the loading screen.
