Super fun game that both my daughter and I enjoy. But it keeps crashing every couple of weeks. And then when you reinstall all progress is lost and you are back to day one. This has been going on for about a year now. Every now and then I pop back in to see if it has been fixed, but no. Recently reached out to app support and they suggested that I create an account so that I at least don’t lose my progress. Did that and the next day, back to square one again, all progress lost. The only reason it gets 2 stars is bc unless you have a crazy good memory you can redo the puzzles, but even I have redone some of them enough I’m starting to remember where the items are hidden.

You can email the developer but they never respond and their policy does not allow refunds. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you need a nightlight because it just shows a perpetual white screen when it opens. I closed the app, uninstalled and when I tried to log back in, my password did not work. I put in my email address to get a link to reset my password and the email never arrived. What a joke app! Too bad you are not a person who can be criminally prosecuted for theft. I will call and write letters until I receive a response.
I really enjoyed the game for a long time and suddenly can’t get it to load anymore.I have the app but it just closes as soon as it opens .Very disappointed !!
Very fun and challenging. Bought the subscription. But I have had to delete and reinstall twice from my phone because it keeps crashing. Contacting technical help didn’t get me far; got an initial response to my email but when I replied to the email with the info they requested it got bounced back saying it was a bad email.
What happens when you’ve played all the puzzles? Am I not doing something right? Do you just get only the daily puzzle from then on out? And as far as I can tell, the daily puzzle is usually one I’ve played in the 125 puzzles. I’ve played the race type puzzles too, even though I’m not really fond of that type. I loved the magazine when I was younger.

But still love “seek and find puzzles “ plus I was hoping that my Granddaughter and I could enjoy these together. I don’t see her that often so paying for a monthly membership just doesn’t make sense...
Please let me know if I’m missing something... I can be technologically inept sometimes...🤔

The app tries to open and the home screen comes up for a second then closes. Was working perfectly fine for me yesterday. I tried turning the iPad off and on again and that didn’t work. Running on iOS 13.5. Gets one star today since it’s not working.
The old app was so much better. You could also reset all puzzles. After you finish all of the categories, you’re paying $3.99 a month for one daily puzzle. Also, you have to constantly turn your tablet since the pictures are both horizontal and vertical. Not worth it. 😔
This app is great, I love it. But it’s now crashing and won’t open every time I try to open it. This happened before and I had to delete it and reinstall it, but it deleted all my data. I don’t want to have to do that again. Please fix whatever bug is making it continue to crash every time it gets opened.
Love the game even as an adult. But it does keep crashing.
If they can come up with such picture games they could at least fix the crashing problem. You have to delete game the reinstall and sometimes it lets you sign into your account other times it doesn’t.
If you pay for a year you should be able to play without it crashing every other week!

I love the puzzles, was excited to download the app and happy to pay the annual subscription fee. But I’ve had the app for only a couple of weeks and this is the fourth time it’s crashed. Every time it gets to a certain number of new puzzles it crashes and I have to delete the app and re-install. I lose all of those puzzles and end up re-doing the same puzzles from scratch again and again. Enough already! There are enough of the same complaints being written - why can’t you fix this problem? This would be 5 stars plus, but I have to rate it a zero because of the constant crash problem. Please fix it so I can keep playing.

While we do have other reviews that speak to the app crashing, this additional detail allows us to better troubleshoot the cause of the problem for a faster resolution.
