Clumsy, slow and useless

As a surgery residents we’re constantly trying to be as efficient as possible with the minimal free time we have. As such we need solutions that are as quick and efficient as we need to be.

The interface on this app is outdated and frustrating to navigate. Inputting a simple case is unnecessarily cumbersome with far too many required step. I was previously using the Unira app to log cases which streamlined the whole process but now I’m stuck using this app.

Insane negligence

It is expected how poorly this app functions when approved by a body not accountable sponsors it but mandates it.

Then UNIRA comes up with a solution that is orders of magnitude better, instead of trying to improve or cooperatively make logging cases efficient, ACGME just squeals “password sharing” and shuts down the better service.

Buggy, cant fulfill its very simple function

It amazes me that an app can fail at performing such a simple task. I don’t know why the ACGME was so cheap with the development of this app. It’s not like they’re lacking in money, they take plenty of it from us

Keychain support

App no longer allowing for user name and password from Apple Keychain. Please fix.

Anesthesia version still terrible

As another user commented 3 years ago, the desktop version is far superior to this app. Not even worth trying to enter a case as adding specific details is either impossible or not intuitive at all. Wish that everything were just in one long open page (with no expandable sections) instead of having to hit “next” or open up sub menus. Will be deleting this app again

Not useful

This application does not allow the user to submit after all fields have been completed.

Doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work. At all.

Worthless App

The app really defeats the purpose of being a quick and convenient way to log cases in between cases. The log in information is not saved and requires an unnecessarily long password. As you type in the log in information it bumps you out intermittently. The scrolling to find a saved procedure becomes locked and unable to scroll unless you realest the drop down menu. Too many bugs and too many inconveniences to make it worth using throughout the day.

Response from developer

Sorry that you’re experiencing some issues with the app. We now have 'Remember Me' on the login screen. We are looking to implement Touch ID next. For the scrolling issues, it took us a bit to recreate, but think we found a solution to the issue which will be released in the upcoming weeks.

Great Potential; please update

Big issue, especially among juniors, is prompt case logs. As surgeons, we are always pressed for time. Often hard to remember to log cases immediately after, as that time may be devoted to patient care or other house keeping issues. Cases can go unclogged for days, weeks, or forgotten completely. Before this app, I actually made a home button to take me directly to the log web page, but it was not ideal. For some reason the mobile version of the site was hit/miss.

This app worked like a charm at first but recently I ran into some UI issues, similar to the issues when accessing the website from phone. The most frustrating being unable to scroll to the bottom to click submit after filling out all the information. The drop down menus also seem to be out of place since the most recent iOS update.

Great app. Been waiting 5 years for this one. But needs an update urgently

Can’t scroll

This has the potential to be a great app. When i search for a code to log, i can’t scroll through search results.
