Bug

Potential for being very useful but I am Unable to submit cases as the submit button is below the screen and the app does not allow me to scroll down far enough to see it

Response from developer

Sorry that you’re experiencing this issue with the app. It took us a bit to recreate, but think we found a solution to the issue which will be released in the upcoming weeks.

Cannot stay logged in

Would be great if this app allowed for touch ID or allowed you to stay logged in. Tracking down my ACGME log in and password every time is a barrier.

Response from developer

Thank you for providing valuable feedback. We now have ‘Remember Me’ on the login screen. We are looking to implement Touch ID next.

Good start. Needs more functions. Occasionally Buggy.

It’s convenient to log cases on the go. It would be able to “Lock” codes like you can do on the website to avoid having to search for the same code when you are logging multiple instances of the same procedure. On occasion the screen will not let me scroll down to the green submit button, which requires me to restart the app and re-enter all of the case info.

Functional but not useful

This app simply loads the case log web page; there is no advantage over just placing a link to the case log page on the home screen. You even have to do the full web page log in every time.

Three significant improvements:

1) Use of FaceID to log in; a pin would be a good alternative for phones that don’t use FaceID.

2) Offline logging, which syncs to the cloud caselog when back online. Many ORs have limited cell and WiFi service (looking at you, VA) so an online only app loses some utility.

3) A (limited) reports options - maybe total numbers vs required, case summary for the last XX amount of time, and a last XX cases logged

Anesthesia version is terrible

This app is a waste of time. It is much slower to log anesthesia cases than using the desktop site. First off, it doesn’t keep you logged in like every other app on one’s phone making it rather inconvenient to use (I know the website also doesn’t keep you logged in and that’s also inconvenient and pointless but at least my computer more easily autofills my password). Logging cases is cumbersome because every single different section has to be selected separately from a dropdown instead of having them all appear simultaneously on the same page. The way one needs to hit a “plus” button to select ASA status, etc doesn’t make sense. Why aren’t the giant ASA numbers the buttons themselves?
Bottom line is this app is poorly designed and is greatly inferior to simply logging cases on the website.

Good not great

Appreciate the app. Agree with other reviewers- please fix scrolling issue: not always able to scroll down to hit submit. Adding saved login or Touch ID support would also be helpful.

Simple

The advantage of this app is to take out your phone and log the case right after you’re done. Functionality is otherwise limited (ie cannot search prior cases at least at this time) and would be best served still with the acgme website. A good, convenient start nevertheless and I suspect future versions will be more comprehensive

HIPAA not HIPPA

You misspelled HIPAA.

A good start

Overall easy to use but it would be nice to be able to review and edit previously submitted cases. It’s basically the mobile version of the website, so it would be nice to see this revamped into an actual novel app.

Finally an easy way to log cases on the go

Almost perfect
The screen is such that I cannot reach the green submit button after adding the case😭😭😭😭
