    I brought a a pair of sandals and never received a tracking or shipping number and that the receipt is not back on the website and neither is the order confirmation in my email bad customer service MARTIN was not helpful at all they took my money and will not give me a refund

    Downloaded this app since they advertised exclusive sales and discounts. Well, that was a lie. First, the app does not let me filter, but the website does. Also the same sales were available on the website. So since I already had the app, I used it. I used the code and got 30% off. So as I went to checkout, I used apple pay. And I was charged the original price. This happened twice. There’s no reversing the charge, or canceling it immediately. They don’t have a customer service number either. Email only. So now after wasting $200 on Black Friday thinking I was only gonna spend $120, now I am waiting for a refund for 5 business days. They sure can take the $ out of my account super fast, on a holiday. Now I missed out on other Black Friday sales that weren’t lies. Don’t buy kappa from kappa. They are ridiculous. They lie and the don’t honor their word. They hold your money and set you back, for what? You could’ve just bought it from a trusted retailer. Before y’all launch an app, make sure it works. Make sure you’re not lying to customers. They don’t care and will legit charge you $200 for a $40 hoodie. You’re done.

    Reading the other reviews I was wary at first but wanted to shop the juicy collection... I checked their FAQ and there IS a phone number there for customer service... most websites don’t give phone service so idk why everyone was tripping about that. My order went through easy... I know they were delayed with shipping when Covid first hit but everything seems to be smooth now. Super easy to shop on the app.
  • This is NOT a legitimate app!

    I’ve been waiting almost a week to see if I could track or even be helped with my order it’s been a week and I have yet to get any updates on where and when my order will be shipped. Now I’ve lost my money to a non legitimate app. WOW! so wrong!

    They have stolen my money . They said confirm my order after it’s been charged on my card ! And they don’t have a number to call . Bad for business

    I bought something during Sunday, I never got no receipt or order number. I can’t track my order or nothing. But wanna know what I saw? My money was taken as soon as I check out. But never got a receipt. I’ve been trying to contact someone but no one helps me. Their email says they will answer but it probably would take to 24-48 hrs. It’s been 3 days now and I haven’t get no answers and no has help me. I will never buy anything from this store never again.
