To find your phone from your SmartFob, your phone needs to be within Bluetooth range, which may vary based on the environment (walls, clothes, etc.), and your phone's Bluetooth needs to be enabled - also, the "Phone Finder" feature must be enabled within the app's "SmartFob Details" section.
