It would have been great if we’d known there were changes coming!
I went into my account to learn that I had no April statement. I called and was told about a new address. Today I try to go in and my username and/or password have been declared wrong. Now I’m locked out and it’s the weekend so I can’t do anything but be extremely frustrated and aggravated at the credit union!Show lessPapsumom
DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD. Absolute trash for mobile banking
I’ll save you time. Don’t even bother using this app. I only keep this account open as a fail safe now. I would love to make this my primary bank but I just can not with how HORRIBLE the online banking is. This is hands down the WORST mobile banking app I’ve ever used. Not Good......
The app is clunky and is not intuitive as to what buttons you need to press to do what you want to do. There is no option to enable Touch ID to login so you have to type in your credentials every time you want to use it. For now I guess I am forced to deal with it until they update the app to 2019 technology instead of 2005 technology. Please go back to the people that wrote the old app and let them design it. It was not perfect but was much better than this one.Show lessBobClem
