Did you ever hear about the importance of communications?
It would have been great if we’d known there were changes coming!
I went into my account to learn that I had no April statement. I called and was told about a new address. Today I try to go in and my username and/or password have been declared wrong. Now I’m locked out and it’s the weekend so I can’t do anything but be extremely frustrated and aggravated at the credit union!

DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD. Absolute trash for mobile banking

I’ll save you time. Don’t even bother using this app. I only keep this account open as a fail safe now. I would love to make this my primary bank but I just can not with how HORRIBLE the online banking is. This is hands down the WORST mobile banking app I’ve ever used. This bank is stuck in the 90s.

Not Good......

The app is clunky and is not intuitive as to what buttons you need to press to do what you want to do. There is no option to enable Touch ID to login so you have to type in your credentials every time you want to use it. For now I guess I am forced to deal with it until they update the app to 2019 technology instead of 2005 technology. Please go back to the people that wrote the old app and let them design it. It was not perfect but was much better than this one.

Are your programmers 90?

This is the worst app now that you made the change. Apps are supposed to be updated not made worse. Every time i sign in the transactions change. I almost closed my account because there were charges on there i never made. Then i signed out and signed back in and everything was different. What gives with this app. Its pitiful. I would actually give it no stars if I could. There was actually nothing wrong with the old app.

The app is fine

The app is fine to me. Not over-the-top fancy or anything, but I like simplicity to begin with. Fully functional and not slow for me, as some of the other reviews seem to suggest. I gave it a 4 and not 5 because there’s nothing spectacular about it, but everything I need is there. Can even see the credit card balance now, which is awesome.

Back in Time

This app is terrible compared to the last one. It looks like it was designed for when people used the IPhone 4 with iOS 6. The app is very slow and doesn’t even have the Touch ID login feature anymore.

Worst change possible

This app and website change are awful. Instead of moving forward, you went backward. The only plus to this app is that we can finally see pending transactions. However, the “old” app was much more modern and “new” than this one. It is sluggish and takes forever to load and it is limited. It also looks like I am using an outdated iPhone to view it... Also, we need mobile deposits. Why is this not an option yet?!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

I don’t even know where to begin. :( This app is just awful. Who thought this ‘update’ was a good idea? Please give us something better. I love my credit union and really don’t want to change my accounts, but y’all have taken a step in the wrong direction with both the app version as well as the main banking site.

This app looks old and outdated. Still trying to get it to work correctly. Not good at all

What were they thinking.

Please tell me this app isn’t finished yet. It’s horrible. Bring back “green” app.
