Face ID errors
Face id not responding while trying to activate the same. iPhone model 15 pro and iOS 17.1.1
So bad I had to switch banks
It works, usually, and it’s better than the Mashreq business website, but that’s about the best I can say about it. It’s really, really bad. The developers need to actually try using it, and try comparing it to their competition, and the problems with this app will be immediately obvious.
By far the worst banking app I have ever used.
Glitchy, no user experience whatsoever, lots of features with no easy way of finding them, buggy, very slow and not intuitive. Bank IT, designers and developers should all resign.
Great app but..
Overall a great app.. does the job very well.
However the Face ID activation doesn't work. I tried on both iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 Pro Max but just cannot activate the have id cause the Accept button on the terms and conditions page doesn't work.
