No longer functioning
Have owned this dash cam for several years. Went to pull a video today and could not log onto app. Error message received stating it was on “their end”.
Dash cam has 100% been bricked by the lack of being able to log on the app as their is no other way to access the videos on a phone.
Not cool. Fix the servers.

Can’t enter the app. Constantly get the same error others mentioned. Ended up returning the device because it’s useless

I’m trying to sign up to be able to connect my Alexa car mount but it saids there is an error in their end. I will just have to sent the car mount back.

I downloaded the app to use with my Avio Boost for the car. I got the same error message as everyone else does, something goes wrong. Try again later. Instead, just connect to the device directly using your phone and Bluetooth. If you have the Alexa app installed, it will automatically know you have the device and add it. Doesn’t work
Had a really hard time getting this to connect all the way now when I try to login I get a message that says Oops something went wrong try again later. Tried to uninstall then redo everything only to keep getting the same message. Frustrated.
