For months now I’ve been trying to place an order and it fails no matter what I try!DMista
Very portly managed.
My 3rd experience and all 3 have been terrible. My order was placed 40 minutes out and after I got there I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. This company refuses to hire more employees for help. Line out the door people are waiting 45 minutes each for their order and only two girls trying to do everything.
When I finally got mine it was completely wrong. They were so backed up to fix it in a timely manner. This is my experience every visit and unfortunately there won’t be any more. Very poorly managed.Show lessShocks snap
Why no points with the APP?
I like the app but wish you would add two options. 1. Please give points to app users for free bowls like you do for walk in and call in orders. 2. Please add an option for tips. Thanks!mchorth

Finally! Few tweaks and it’s golden
Love the new ability to order online!!! Wish there was more order customizability though, could add things but couldn’t take things off. I could add peanut butter but couldn’t see where to remove almonds. There is a write in option but that looked like it was for allergy concerns.nathan425hb
