Doesn’t work
I downloaded this app today and I can’t click on anything. Can’t get messages or check into appointments. Deleting app now!!!Jeniece from Cleveland
Only works 40% of the time.
The app is only useable 40% of the time. I can log in but it doesn’t let me click on anything. Frustrating when you need access to info, directions and medication lists. You’d think CC would be on top making sure their patients have easy access to their health records and info on My Chart. It’s been like this for weeks.Show lessJames Buffet
Great app - one small suggestion
The app works well, looks great. I would suggest one improvement though: it’s not obvious HOW to use FaceID from the login screen (I had previously enabled it in the settings). The app logged me out (which is fine - the session expired), I clicked re-authenticate, and then I thought I had to enter my username and password again, not realizing you could click the smiley face (just happened to click it on a hunch). Don’t use an icon - use text so it’s unambiguous.Show lessSavedbygrace19
