I’ve been using this app for a while now, and it’s been incredibly helpful in tracking my progress.
However, I have one concern—my last couple of months’ body scan results seem to be missing, and I can’t find a way to retrieve them.
It would be great if there was a way to recover those results or sync them to my account.Show lessShittel

Every time I try to use this app it makes me reset my password. Now I can’t even reset my password because the link in the email doesn’t work. Trying to use the website to reset tells me that my account doesn’t exist with the email I registered with. Terribleurstruly1122

The App continuously keeps loosing your password and you have to reset your password all the time. If you accidentally click on unsubscribe you won’t be able to get a reset link to get a new password. Website and App do not offer any link to get support contact.
Also, it doesn’t work with FaceId .
Access to your own data is almost certainly impossible to get, also it is not clear how they monetize the App, meaning , they may be selling your data to third parties.Show lessMGLSchool

I like the information, but any screen that requires scrolling will not scroll, and you can’t go back to the previous screen. I would love to see this fixed, as I can’t scroll down to see more information on each topic, and I have to close the app the go back.Mcpaulgirl

I love this app and all the information it provides, but I don’t like the color changes of the arrows. It used to be that all good changes were the teal color, the neutral changes were simply gray, and the bad changes were red. It made everything simple and straight forward. You could look at it and quickly determine what need work and what changes had happened since last scan. Now they’re all teal or simply have a line. It takes more time to figure it out and sometimes I don’t have time to click every single option and go through it. Please give me back my red arrows. If most people don’t agree can we simply add an option so that I can use them if I want?Show lessStarkey III

Color coding is wrong
Not sure how I feel about the new UI since I'm used to the older one. But more importantly, the latest update the app doesn't show when certain stats have gotten worse since the last scan. Everything is either green/cyan or grey, nothing is red. Losing muscle is green. Fat gain is green. I checked the old scans which I know had some reds in there but they are all showing as green. Makes it hard to tell what improved or not.Show lessNightonix
