Worked out how to stop it crashing and sign in
It wouldn’t work on my iPad or iPhone but I went onto their website and created an account there and after it sent a verification email I was able to sign in on my phone. Will update review once I’ve had my scan.Harmonyclare
Black screen
Downloaded app and went to register through the app and it just closed and went back to my phone Home Screen so I registered by googling it. Was all fine and my account was set up and I did my first scan at my gym, afterwards I went to log in to have a look and ever since then every time I put my details in to login the screen is black. Sometimes it’ll flash the apps home page but immediately goes black again and stays like that. Very annoyingShow lessgfdjbvyhjhgfhjj

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback; we have identified the issue where some accounts were experiencing this problem when loading a profile. Version 3.0.9 released on 20th March has resolved this issue.Crash, crash, crash….

So far,I’ve tried to install this on my OS 17 iPhone four different times and it will not let me set up an account. It just crashes. I need this for my gym assessment. I’ve removed a bunch of apps on my phone to make sure there was plenty of space. I’ve restarted multiple times and the app continues to just close without any kind of error when I hit “setup” or “register”.Show lessJFaux10

Kees crashing when trying to sign up. Had to sign up online on the website then login on the app but even then still had trouble trying to create account.Zaylin!!

Scanned at the gym using my email and phone number. Number isn’t the password so the gym staff told me I just have to request a change of password. I tried many different passwords all meeting criteria and it won’t let the password change go through so I cannot access the app at all.Trujamie
It does not register
Waste of time. Downloaded the app but cannot activate it no matter what browser or device I use.

Expand the Overall Weight Progress Chart 🙏
The app is good, but please please make the Overall Weight Progress chart (under the "progress" tab) scrollable to the past data points! Not just the last 10 scan dates being visible in the chart.casparmoo
Poor App function but I like the stats
The app continually logs you out, everytime you leave the app it requires a log in or reloads the screen completely. I can’t manually add scans because the data I put in doesn’t save properly. For example, I put in 25 for body fat percentage but it saves and shows 56.
I only like this app for the stats since my gym uses it. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES!Show lessReviewmeow
