    I used to love this app. My most recent scans are not showing up. The number of scans goes up, but the newest are not visible in VIEW MY SCANS. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but this did not help. I’ve made many attempts to get help for this by contacting support. I have had absolutely no response beyond an acknowledgment that my message was received. I’m super disappointed with the poor support.

  • Excellent app shows results from your scans

    I enjoy every time I do a scan with the Evolt app.
    It gives you tips and comparison from previous scans.,
    The only missing part is the integration with Health Apps. When are you planning to connect the data with Apple Health?
  • Rubbish - can’t even get past registration page

    Registered because I want to get a body composition analysis. They told me to use this app. Tried to register several times but the Register button at the end doesn’t do anything and yes, I have read and accepted the T&Cs.
  • It’s great!

    My gym got it a few months ago. As soon as we got it, I got a reading and used the nutrition and supplement recommendations. I’ve been in a bulk and wasn’t %100 sure if I was just getting fat or putting on muscle and it confirmed that I’ve been doing both but mostly adding muscle. Happy to see I’m making the progress I’ve been looking for. It seems like the bug’s mentioned in another comment have been fixed, no issues so far.

  • Love it!

    Love being able to track my stats. It is just the right amount of detail to be helpful without overwhelming. Highly recommend! The only thing I wish for is that when selecting your body type that there were hybrid options. (Like ecto-mesomorph, or meso-endomorphs) I don’t fit smoothly into just one category. And who really does?!

  • can’t access anything

    this app is great if you wanna keep track of your scans but everything that it says it has i can’t access. like the in-app 3D body scanner, the challenges etc. i have reached out but haven’t gotten a reply.
  • Terribly inaccurate

    I have tried this thing multiple times. For reference I had a dexa scan done 2 days prior. %12.3 body fat reading from the dexa. Every time I get on this Evolt scale it reads my body fat at %23+. I don’t know if it’s set up to get people to sign up for training because it says their body fat is way higher than it actually is or what. But there is no chance my body fat is even close to that high.

  • Can’t view entire page

    When viewing a metric, the next button or exit button is always cut off of the mobile app, so in order to get out of it or to move on, I have to delete the app and reinstall
  • It will not let me activate !!

    I got the initial email, that just said server did not down load. Waited and waited and it never did. Then I went back to the app to have email resend, and nothing came. Tried again and again and no resend email. Yes, checked my junk folder. Then I try app support, that just send you back to the app page. No help there either. I really, really wanted this to work.

  • Why can’t I log in ? STILL AN ISSUE ?

    I don’t get it.. a year ago there are reviews stay here issues logging in ? And in Jan 2023- still the same issues.

    Do you just not like your app ? Had my scan today, came to get everything synced up.. can not sign in. I know my email & pw. Ten times?! I have to delete it atm - because it’s wasting space on my phone.

    What gives ?? You’ve had a year to fix log in/sign up issues. Like I said .. 🙉🙈🙊.. Ignoring issues does not make anyone want to participate in Evolve scans, or use an app they can’t access.

    Pokémon Go, updates constantly and listens to it users ! Using it as an example of course, but it’s a GAME. Like many other apps? They do make sure to respond to concerns, and do whatever they can asap to remedy the issue to keep their customers happy.

    Guess I’ll check back in another month and see if you’ve decided to fix your year long app issues
