Can’t connect to my iPhone XR 12
When I try to go to settings on the camera to turn it on can’t find it C420D I check every option but it doesn’t show the wifi icon in there so what’s going on????Grrrcia
App crashes every time
App crashes whenever I try to connect to the camera A100 that make the camera useless. I m going to return the camera to Amazon.primexcnc
Terrible App
App installed ok and connects to camera (A100) fine. However the App crashes/closes as soon as the ‘Enter Camera’ button is pressed.
Just got the camera so I hope the quality of this app this is not a sign of the experience to follow using the camera!

Not compatible with iOS 14
Ever since I have got iOS 14 this app keeps crashing and when I reinstalled it was the same problem pls fix thisfguhfffghv

App Crashes
WiFi connects, at least that is what is indicated by the icon. App recognizes camera but when you press the “Enter Canera” button it closes and crashes. I’m using an iPhone XR.SaucySyl
SmartApp needs improvement
The APP video/photo screen is black even though it does record video and take photos.
The Smartphone App needs to have a Power On/Off feature with more App functionality.
When I have the Action Camera mounted on the end of a 14’ Paddle Board it would be easier to have more functionality built into the Smartphone App.Show lessImspartacus60

Thank you for your feedback. As for the video sound is too low, it is recommended to check whether the microphone of the camera is blocked when recording the video. In addition, adjusting the microphone pointing to the sound source will also bring improvement. We will optimize the download function in the new version. Thanks again.
