Live pic error
camera is connected to my phone but when i open the app , it doesn’t show what you see on the camera but you could press record or take picture. The live screen is blackhkzeusy

Thank you for your feedback. As for the video sound is too low, it is recommended to check whether the microphone of the camera is blocked when recording the video. I understand what people are talking about saying it crashes. This sometimes happened if you have an old unreliable phone or a device with not enough storage. It works well for me letting me download watch or film videos straight from my camera!ClaudiaHennessy:)

I was able to get my iPhone to connect to the camera by WiFi, however when I opened this app, it kept asking me to connect and I would get dropped . Furthermore I wasn’t able to interact with any of the options on the app screen. It’s the 4K model of camera.flower5762
