GoToConnect Mobile App
The App works well. Like any VOIP service the App will use your smart phone data or connect to WiFi. There are times when the call quality can be diminished. This applies to all VOIP services. The mobile benefits far outweigh the occasional call quality issues. App is easy to download and use. SMS texting is a feature within the mobile app. GoToConnect continues to evolve and improve.

This App had helped me so much!
As someone that works on the road, at home or even on-site. This app has been exceptional! If you have bad cell service and are not connected to Wi-Fi the it won’t work just like your cell phone but that is expected! On good Wi-Fi or if I have good service it has been a huge benefit to me and my customers! I would recommend this platform to anyone!Show lessLynnix_14
Very bad app and drains battery
Even after changing from Jive call quality has not improved. Also it drains my iPhone battery.Dr_prk

Hi there - sorry to hear you've been running into issues. For the call quality please contact support for immediate assistance, they'll be able to identify call quality issues and provide us with the appropriate data to investigate. We've identified an issue in the last build regarding the app running in the background when it shouldn't which was affecting battery life, but we've resolved this issue in the last release. It’s not terrible, but it certainly isn’t great either. The app usually rings and does what is expected, and that’s the issue - that it’s usually and not always.
Another major point of contention is not being able to monitor multiple lines concurrently in the app. So if you want to monitor the main line as well as your direct line, tough luck.

Before this app actually rang through my phone. It seems now that it doesn’t show up in my missed calls where regular calls came in. Because it does this also, I keep my phone on silent and have a Apple Watch that rings for everything notifications. Now it seems that it’s the app that rings and because of this I’m not getting any notifications. There also no easy way to add a contact who called you first that you don’t have saved. There’s no way to send an easy text to a number that just called you without having to memorize the to then proceed to adding it to your contacts. Great looking app but the functionality of it went down the drain. Please fix the calling where it actually rings the phone as I am missing all my calls now and there doesn’t seem to be a way around it.Show lessMiniPapi95
